Q. SHOULD I REPAIR OR REPLACE MY APPLIANCE?

A. If there is a broken appliance inside of your house there are two options. One option is to hire an appliance repair service and attempt to cut costs. If it is successful, you can continue to use your stove, freezer, refrigerator or washer and dryer. The other option is to replace the model.

All appliances come with an projected lifetime. With a broken appliance in the early or in the middle part of that lifetime, we would suggest calling Hub City Appliance Repair. In the event the home appliance is somewhere near the end of its useful lifetime, we recommend replacing the appliance with a new unit when your budget allows.

Q. WILL YOU FIX MY APPLIANCE DURING THE FIRST SERVICE?

A. Yes! It’s our goal to perform the repair during the initial appointment. Over the years we have been serving customers, we estimate we are successful in fixing appliances with one appointment about 85% of the time. We load most of the most common manufacturer appliance parts in our service vans plus necessary tools to complete the work. If we do need to come back to complete the repair, there will be no return fee.

Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR A SERVICE CALL?

A. When you schedule an appointment from one of our technicians, we will give you a two to three hour timeframe for when our repairman will arrive at your house. And, our technicians will call 10 to 15 minutes ahead of their arrival. We understand how important our your time is. That’s why we try our utmost to be punctual. Because some services take much longer than anticipated, we give our repairmen a little cushion to finish up a previous job and not be late for the next job.
